Anita Ankeli — Founder & Lead Consultant
Anakalice Academy of Distinction was founded by Anita Ankeli, a workforce development and people strategy professional with over a decade of experience spanning recruitment, human resources, workforce operations, learning development, and organizational support.
Having worked with organizations across different sectors, Anita observed a recurring challenge: organizations often struggle to find the right people, develop existing talent, and build systems that support sustainable growth, while many professionals lack access to practical workplace skills that improve employability and performance.
These observations shaped the vision behind Anakalice Academy of Distinction, a company focused on helping organizations strengthen their workforce and helping individuals build skills that create real career opportunities.
